We are finally at the end of this first week, and we have already learned so many things! Next week, we will be diving into the myriad of methods to practice Gratitude, and I hope that you are just excited about this as I am!
We will end this first week with a Sunday Guided Meditation that will help you release all the fears and worries, and open your Heart Center in order to receive the beautiful gifts that the Universe has in store for you. So, find a comfortable position, and sit in silence for 10-15 minutes. Make sure that you will not be disturbed or interrupted, as it is very important to be relaxed when following this Guided Meditation.
Close your eyes and breathe in slowly. With each breath, feel your body getting lighter. Focus your attention on your breathing - start counting from 1 to 5 and start all over again each time you reach number 5. You will notice that each time you get distracted by a thought, you may lose track of the number you were at; this is absolutely normal, so simply start all over again. Counting will help you remain focused and avoid getting distracted by unnecessary thoughts.
As soon as you enter a deeper state of relaxation, you are ready to start listening to the Guided Meditation.
